Please contact us for more information.

  • How much will it cost?

Where possible, we keep charges to a minimum, free or even provide a net positive return to clients.

Costs vary depending on various factors, including pick-up location and type/volume of goods; however, our consultants will be happy to assist you based on your description of goods.

We always strive to maintain client satisfaction and believe our cost structure is very competitive.

  • Will you buy our old equipment?

In some cases where the equipment is relatively new and still has a viable commercial value, we are able to purchase your assets or payout lease contracts.

We test all items thoroughly and report back on condition, specifications, and serial numbers.

Please contact us with details of the equipment, and we will endeavour to provide our best return.

  • When can you collect my items?

Generally we can schedule a collection within 24-36 hours of booking it in.

We work with our clients schedules even if that requires after hours & weekend collections.

Should you require an urgent collection, please inform us, and we will do our best to assist.

  • We have multiple sites around Australia, can you help us with disposal?

We frequently serve companies that have sites Australia-wide.

IT E-waste has also undertaken nationwide recycling for a major retailer with over 300 sites nationally.

  • Why should I recycle?

Dumping IT e-waste items in landfills presents environmental issues due to the contents of the items, which can leach into the environment and then create contamination.

These items contain various metals and plastics that can be separated and reused to manufacture new items.
